The 2014 Bellin Run was this past weekend and I decided to head out and do the run with my GoPro attached to an extendable painters pole to get some pics of the 18,000+ runners who came out for one of the largest 10K’s in the nation.

Kewaunee, a safe port in the storm.
If you are a lighthouse, you cannot hide yourself; if you hide yourself, you cannot be a lighthouse.
Out with J on a reminiscent tour of our small lakeshore town, pointing out the locations of fond high school memories, contemplating a life in small town America.
From the Subject: “corrandtion: //this is a mid.summer moon.day adventure eve when all should have been bedded but instead followed the fullish moon to its finish, gallivanting through town like blessêd fools because…..jeremy! //”
Downtown Green Bay Saturday Farmer’s Market
The nearly 100 year old Green Bay Farmer’s Market moved to it’s new location downtown on South Washington Street. The turnout was incredible. Makes it feel a bit like a big City.
Lighthouse Pr0n
Some of my lighthouse photos have been gaining attention from tourism marketers.
The Lighthouse stands alone and tall in both light and darkness and it, along with its beacon, is a focal point which symbolizes strength, guidance and safe harbor; it is a spiritual welcome mat for all those who are traveling by sea.
Conceptual Photography
I believe most artists are digging around for some kinds of truth, some semblance of meaning – a deep desire to express or reveal some small, commonly held idea(s) or sensibilities that merit further reflection or closer introspection – and for visual artists, like myself, the silence and stillness, provide the best way to make these statements. I am not drawn to the many words that would be required and my work remains in its entirety, available for contemplation.
