I recently had a construction industry client come to me wanting logo design, a trifold sales brochure, and a website.
In 2011 and again in 2015, I acted as campaign manager for Jim Schmitt’s third and fourth City of Green Bay Mayoral run. In my duties, I performed fundraising, created websites, managed social media, and created graphics for mailings, newspaper adverts, and billboards, among other things. Here are a few examples of pieces created for the campaign.
Pigskins and Politics is an annual political fundraising idea I generated to combine Green Bay’s interest of Green Bay Packers football and civic engagement.
One of the greatest parts of working for the City of Green Bay has been to create material for some of the beloved places that created the gilded memories of my youth. Add to that, I was part of the initial ramp up of promotional work for the Zippin Pippin and the Sea Dragon at Bay Beach Amusement Park. One of my brain children was to have an annual nighttime ride in honor of Elvis called Hunka Hunka Burning Lights.
I have been an avid Photoshop junkie since version 4.0 back in the 90s and my love of creating in the 2D realm goes back to childhood. As technology has moved forward at a rampant pace, I have enjoyed and thrived in the process of staying ahead and have honed my skills in print and digital media to expert levels. I have created work for a large and broad range of promotional campaigns over the past 20 years, ranging from rock bands to political campaigns.
